Daniel-Ilich Tornos, the new chef of the Restaurant Mas Lazuli

This young, bright, promising chef of the Catalan cuisine studied culinary arts at the Bellart school in Barcelona and refined his culinary and fine dining skills at restaurants with Michelin star, such as the internationally renowned Mugaritz **, recognized as one of the world’s finest restaurants. Not to mention his time at Bardal Restaurant located in Spain’s Ronda region, which obtained its first star in the Michelin Guide in 2017. His promising career also took him to the historic and highly reputed El Agüelo, in the city of Barcelona.It's up to you to discover Dani's cuisine and to let yourself be surprised ..!
